Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched within 15 working days from approval of submitted artwork unless otherwise specified, if for some reason there is a delay with your order we will contact you.Please ensure that you have provided enough time for the order to be processed and delivered in time for your event, baring in mind there could be delays for various reasons beyond our control.

Orders are delivered via secure courier and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are fully insured by the courier or ourselves (please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

OUR 14 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, your purchase does not match your artwork approval sign off, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our refunds policy below). Unless the item is faulty, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used in any way.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNING A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email or phone info@snapshotmedia.co.za (011 0722881).

When you make a return, to speed the process up, it is helpful when a note accompanies your product as to the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice the product was dispatched with. We also recommend sending your goods by registered courier service  in order to track.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. If you need to return a faulty product to us, please contact us on 011 0722881 to discuss how to go about it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

When we receive a product returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase. If we have agreed to refund the postal cost incurred returning a product to us, this will be done in the form of a cheque. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us on 011 0722881 for assistance.

This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
